Falling into a C4 is not much different than sitting on a toilet seat except you have to swing your feet after you sit. Height is an important factor. You must tuck sufficiently so your head clears the base of the top. Age plays a significant factor as you see some older guys sell their C4s and get a C5, 6 or 7. You'll know when it's time to sell by the number of bumps to the back of your head. No stretching exercises are needed but a limber lumbar is preferred.
