Yea, they even chew thru the rubber wind block on my garage to get in.
I bought one of those live traps years ago. I just dump them in the garbage now. Seem like you get some coming in (more when the weather turns cooler) and if you don't get them quickly,a whole bunch more will come in. If you stop them, you usually get a couple of months where they're not coming in.
Since I bought the trap, I haven't had any more damage.
