Re: 66 gto motor mount issue

Subject: Re: 66 gto motor mount issue

so my next step is to get 5 gallons of gas and a bbq lighter and call it a day. i asked this on yellow bullet. stating in every post that i don't know what the correct motor mounts were. i got like 5 replies to use the stock motor mounts.. well no shit genius. i have a handful of "gto" motor mounts, whats the correct one.. and all the mounts seem to be wider then the frame pad. not to mention if you get one side bolted into the car the other side will be an inch too wide to fit down on its pad. i know on ever car i have EVER pulled a motor on the mounts had little to no play when lined up. so at this point all the mounts we have are possibly wrong.
