Subject: Chrysler Pacifica help motor mounts by JeffK on 2010/6/23 12:17:54 Wife's car... In the beginning Chrysler decided that it would be a good idea to put oil filled rubber motor mounts on their new model called the Pacifica.. which don't seem to last very long. Now my wife's car has 2 busted motor mounts. They are not torn, just the oil bladder it burst. I ordered them from Rockauto but I can not get the rear one out!! I did some internet reading yesterday, turns out that this is a common problem with this car. Some people even had it happen at 11k miles!! Dealer wants $280 to install the mounts that I have already bought.. almost sounds like a bargain to me. |
