I think you're the closest. It woulndn't start this morning, so I put a new fuel filter on it. The other looked new. Now with the pressure guage it flows out of the relief valve. It didn't do this yesterday. When I first turn the key it will pressurize to 30psi. I will bump the key, then it will jump to 40-45psi. It will stop around @50psi.

Is there a screen in the tank? If so it might be clogged, or the pump is bad. It seems like I am getting the psi eventually.
