I'd replace the belt and clean the idler pulley (the one near the water neck) with some sand paper.
I've replaced that entire pully on ours a coupe of times and once the paint wears off the contact surface of the new pulley it squeels like crazy until everything warms up. Last time it started this crap I took some sand paper and roughed up the contact surface a little. It's been good for a while now. Will
