Keep us posted and I hope that all is well. Fortunately, "A" parts, whether original, NOS or repops are pretty easy to get in most cases. Are you familiar with the Ford Barn site? I see lots of pretty good deals there.
That car is just too sweet. I'm sure you're rightfully proud of it.

It is, without a doubt. I'm building a 50s vintage Mopar flattie for my Model A and working on it's like therapy when you've grown used to working on modern, high-tech performance cars such as our Vettes. It's a welcome break and lots of fun.
Hey, Livin, I copped a vintage Frankland quick-change unit for my car last week. I've also got some '40 front "bones" and proper front and rear springs now. Initial chassis mock-up will be starting this summer, before long I hope.

BTW, have you ever considered putting some vintage speed goodies on that "banger" while you're going through it? Just a thought. I just can't leave nothin' alone!
