Aren't some late model FWD LS V8 powered?

Monte Carlo SS I think?

I don't think its the same LS sized motor we are all familiar with; both displacement and size. Although I am not really sure.

I am coming up on 200K and that 3.4L DOHC is worn out. Chances are Ill just keep driving it till it dies, I have pleanty of projects that I can put the few $$ I have left into, but I started looking on google for a new drivetrain and this stuff popped up. Got me thinking!

Thinking is very dangerous, especially when I attempt to do it.

Honestly, though... On the cool scale.. LT1 powered FWD Monte.. 1-10?
