Subject: SES light by tjpreul on 2009/1/22 20:21:55 On my '03 S10 the SES light has been on for a while (about a year). The shop had told me it was the gas cap code, so I didn't worry about it. Since then I have switched shops, due to an outrageous quote. I recently had to put on new front bearings, so I had my friend put them on (he's a mechanic a dealership). He told me that both bank 1 O2 sensors were bad, which they probably went bad in the past year, but there was no gas cap code in the system. I replaced the sensors, and no more code. |
