The electronics are tricky on these things. The 300C has traction control on and partial traction control. The SRT8 has on, partial, and off. It's a trick getting the traction control to fully disengage. If it hooks and traction control is off, look out. According to Daimler/Chrysler, the 300C SRT8 is the second fastest production Chrysler product ever made, behind the Viper. However, the Charger SRT8 vs the 300C is a toss up / best driver wins. The 300C SRT8 is actually 120 lbs lighter than the Charger. Handling is even very good and it will stop increadibly quick, for a 4000 lb car, thanks to the Brembo brakes! I'm still learning about this platform, but this will be around for a while. |
