Did you think about getting one of the welded all alum imported radiators on ebay?

They are as cheap as a stock replacement, they have gotten some god press on the Jeep forums and I have one of their products in Elsie's 79 Corvette and it's doing great so far.

Those places are all out in CA near you, so you could probally pick it up.
