How the hell does this happen, over and over again!

Subject: How the hell does this happen, over and over again!

If you haven't noticed, I love my 95 Monte Carlo with 200K... The car is a work horse. But if I had one complaint it would be about the brakes. Its the top model,... the Z34, yet the brakes are just trash. I have run though so many sets of brakes in the past two years that I could have probably bought another car for what I spent replacing them.

In the beginning of 08 I replaced, the front calipers, pads, rotors, sliders, and greased everything. The rear has been an issue too but not so much. The rear has all new hardware, new drums, and new pads.

Since the beginning of 08 I have driven approximately 35K miles. In that time I have replaced the pads, and the rotors 3 times (that's once every 10K miles or so). This is my fourth job now, 1/19/2009. The rotors warp just about every 5k miles, but i deal with it until the pads are shot. Chevy gave this car 2 piston calipers, nice thought/pretty cool, but the car stops about as fast a fully loaded freight train. I have tried all sorts of pads, nothing helps. Its like as hard as I push, the dam thing keeps going.

Ok, so today I pull all the shit apart again because the pads are squeeling like a bitch. This is what I find:
The rotors are shot, warped to hell. On the drivers side the pads are almost down to metal but the wear is very uneven. Turns out one of the two pistons on that side is FROZEN. How does this happen in just one year!?!??!?!?
And now for the icing. The passenger side.... HOW THE HECK DOES THIS HAPPEN??????????????????????????????????
