Subject: Re: FS: 2004 LS1 GTO - The last of the GTO Muscle Cars.... by CentralCoaster on 2009/5/18 18:41:42 I think people fail to realize that most of the GTOs were fairly uninspiring when they were on the roads in the 60s and 70s. It was just another affordable muscle car, like seeing a Mustang GT or Firebird nowadays. Anyhow, the Holden Monaro was reborn in 2001, but it was derived from the Holden Commodore, which basically started as a plain jane sedan.  Here's a 68 Monaro, came with a 350 small block chevy, nothing to be ashamed of!  |
