I've been trying to decide what to do with the floor and I have pretty much decided that epoxy is the way to go. I really like the Race Deck type floor system but I don't care for the price and I don't want to lose any more height in my garage (I know 3/8 to 1/2" isn't much, but I don't even want to lose that).

What was the total procedure that you took when prepping your floor for the epoxy. As I understand, prep is everything to end up with a durable floor with the epoxy.
