The NCRS judging manual I have for 1984 is very inaccurate. This leads me to the conclusion that the NCRS doesnt really have a clue as to what is actually factory correct :-( Maybe they have updated it in the past year but I 'm certainly not going to waste more $ on a newer edition. :-( |
