Ok. So the hoses exiting the heater core are hot? That indicates no blockage in the heater core. What I would do next is verify that the blend door is opening. You can do that by removing the blower control module from the top of the heater core box in the engine bay and shine a flashlight in there.

Also, if you did work in there before make sure everything is connected properly.
