August 31st: I pulled the trigger on the locking lug nuts on eBay. Even if it's not absolutely correct, it's a heck of a lot closer and more complete than what I had. That should arrive late next week. I also ordered a replacement courtesy light for the burnt out one on the passenger's side and the little rubber bumpers that go near the rear hatch area.
