You're right that the LT1 guys have it a bit easier than the L98 guys, though some parts are getting annoying even for them. In general, the 1993s and their ilk are very nice used cars, right now.

What differentiates the nice from the spectacular is the detail work - the 1993 ZR1 we judged had all it's documentation just so and the car had been very well prepared, with absolutely all of the fancy electronics not just working, but working correctly.
