This is what an original 67 bucket and gaps should look like.
It is solid fiberglass but will get a swipe of glazing putty to cover sanding scratches.
In the pic, it's far from being done, needs to be sanded smooth and the edges touched up.

THEN, the area from the back of the buckets to the hood has to be glassed and sanded smooth (to remove more putty).
