Trae. Just a side note, my MIL and her husband both work at a very large facility in Kentucky that specialize in making electric actuators in all shapes, sizes, strengths, and speeds. These are high grade / medical quality actuators, and I can probably get them at or lower than cost.

If you would like, list the exact travel specs, maybe the weight of the headlight and linkage assembly the actuator lifts, and preferred speed.

I can use that info to either pick a part number or see if one can be made to those specs, and get some pricing info for anyone interested in making this kit at home.
