A few questions:

How stock is this car?

Do you intend on keeping it stock?

The reason I ask has a lot to do with what I am going to suggest.

Apparently, you still have the AIR installed. If it was my car, I would remove accordingly. Don't trash it, just box up the bits and save for someone who wants to do an all out restoration.

Are you in the USA? You're email implies Switzerland.

On person I can hook you up with is McJack's Corvette's in Santa Ana, CA. Jack specializes in headers for C3 Corvettes. Makes them in house. I know, I have watched.

There are other brands, but I am not so sure about fitment in a C3. I know Hooker and Edelbrock make some, too. I don't know about full-on header to muffler kits. If anything, check www.summitracing.com or www.ecklers.com for some ideas.

I am sure the C3 experts will chime in, too.
