Hey thanks for the response, sorry it's late but I didn't get back online last night with all the American Chopper build off stuff going on.

Anyway, wall thickness is whatever is convenient. Thinner the better though. It's not a weight bearing component so structurally it does not need to be stout.

The inside between pipe distance needs to be wide enough for each 2" inlet to accept a silicon coupler, I think they range but are usually not much thicker than 1/8".

I think leave a hair more than .25" between the 2" outlets and everything will be fine.

The length of the body itself is not important, in fact, whatever makes it easier to make.
