Figure it this way... the chassis are more like $7k now, but still, the ease they provide for assembly makes them a no brainer for a hot rod.

And they have the rigidity of a Banjo Matthews stock car chassis.


Wellllllllllll, I'll only disagree about the dollars.

Restoring an OEM frame is about a grand (bare frame).
The SRII is $6,800, a $5,800 difference.

But, for a restomod it's the best way to go, the best frames in the business.

The SRII with brakes & C4 suspension is $13,800.
