The part your looking for is called a "Flywheel Dust Cover". https://www.summitracing.com/search/pa ... N=4294924307%2B4294949291 Some of the universal ones do not have the cut out for the starter which is usually required on 168 tooth flywheels, If I remember correctly.... it may be the smaller 153 FW.
