I'm going to have the tubes, two lengths per side, exit the engine bay into the wheel well where it will shoot across over the wheel, and back into the nose of the car. There is plenty of room in the wheel well for the small diameter tubes side by side, and the install would be clean and neat in the engine bay. in the nose, they would share a cone filter, one on each side, that's easy to reach and replace. I'll have to simply make the carb flange adapters for the tubes, and then collectors and cone filter adapters in the nose. Should give me cold air and almost no restriction. |
