Well I was having trouble with some of my center gauge cluster bulbs and after a close inspection i found some very subtle breaks in the printed circuit.

I ordered a replacement that should be here by the end of next week, from Willcox.

I also found that the LEDs I was using are polarity specific. If the bulb socket is in the circuit backwards it won't light. I created this diagram to show the 12V and Ground of each bulb socket portion of the circuit. I didn't realize two are opposite from the other three.
