You are correct...fat fingers....Original codes were 1287 and 1288. The C1288H code does come back. I looked over the tech link that involved changing the sensor at the base of the steering column. I'm unable to play contortionist to get under the dash. I do belong to the Corvette club of Delaware Valley and we have a sponsoring dealer, Bryner Chevy, that gives A 10% break to club members. I may just end up taking it to them....I'm waiting for a call back from them as I type. Keep posting any info you locate though. It may help someone else! Thanks Guys! Alan |
