You didn't download the manual from here... that I can be assured of!
However, if you go to ebay, you can find the factory service manual on DVD for about $20.00. It covers all years from 1997 thru 2009, and all GM products. Pretty cool, really.
What year do you have and what is your problem? Also, where are you located, in general. We have members all around the world and someone might be able to help you out.
