Subject: Re: Clicking sound at rear of 2002? by Matatk on 2016/5/19 21:58:01 Welcome to the site! Any other info you can provide on the car? Mileage, any recent work done, etc? Have you inspected anything in the rear end or suspension for play/wobble? A common problem with the C5 (and C6) is the rear axle nut coming loose. You can remove it, clean any rust/etc and relube, then retorque the axle nut to 118 ft lbs. Good luck. |
