The elevation there I think was around 1000 feet and I had it dynoed in Spokane Wa. where the elevation is about 2,000. I live in Montana at 2,400. So there is a datalog, if you can get into the computer, and it shows what is wrong(codes)and what is going on? And there should be o2 sensors in the rear exhaust pipes as well as just behind the air intake filter?
