Coming from the old C4 programming, at 9V the PCM would actually make up for it by dumping in more fuel by means of opening the injectors longer and more often.
There is a chart for injector base pulse width vs. battery voltage, should be the same in a C6.
Just not a 100% certain, if battery or pump voltage is the main factor for this scalar.

At least it would explain the lower mileage. Too much fuel is actually just as bad for HP!
