Subject: Re: 1/4 mile time by CentralCoaster on 2010/9/5 18:18:05 Drag strip and auto-x is a cheap and easy way to get your feet wet... the guys at the road course are a little more hard core and "invested" overall but I think it's worth every penny. Any of the above will beat the crap out of your car, it's a street car first, race car 2nd. In the 1/4 (and onroad) you'll find that lap times/ET have more to do with the driver than the car. So don't feel bad when you get creamed by a STi, because on the next run you might take out a guy in a carrera GT. |
