Re: C6 door speaker replacement

I have a 2012 GS Centennial.
I need a few things. I bought this rig to fix and sell but have found myself stuck with it due to some truck trading issues preventing me from parking/disassembling it for what I intended to do, so looks like a fixer/keeper.
I've not torn into the door panel but there's tons of replacements on ebay for $50ish, plus I have a guy around the corner here that sells salvage vette parts. I just really didn't want to pull out a door panel till I had a speaker in hand. Honestly, I think they both need an upgrade to handle bass and volume better.
Listings i find shows one unit, his part number pulls up something that other listings say go in different models not mine. I got confused so I'd rather see the thing myself prior, thus wondered if any GS owners ran into it yet.
I'll check out those links shortly
