Try Maguiar's wheel cleaner. It seems pretty stout.
Chemical bros are near me, if you feel you want some, I can get it and just mail it...
Also, with that old baked on stuff, you may need to rub it off... and the above steel wool idea might be the ticket.
Oh, and yes, the Cray's are HOT!!!
