Its really hard to remove anything off the paint without introducing swirls and micro-marring. I find that most people look at paint and as long as it shines they don't see 90% of the imprefections. But they drive me NUTS!

I would say so long as you don't have any dust or pollen on the car, the oils could be removed with a quality microfiber towel (I like Pakshaw), and a good quality detailer like Megs Final Finish, or Danase.

Anything else, the car would need to be washed properly,
