The shifting does not surprise me. Remember, the gearbox is in the rear, which means the shifting is remote. That rod length takes away precision and feel. going aftermarket may help. Check the various bushes on the shifter and rod, too.


The engine hasn't even cooled from the drive home and there's already talk of putting a wrench to it.
