Good Morning, Kingman |
Subject: Good Morning, Kingman by j3studio on 2020/7/20 20:46:15 I'm importing and consolidating just about every photo (60,000 plus) I've taken that I have in digital form into Adobe Lightroom—they have spread across many storage systems and file formats. Right now, I'm trying to remove duplicates—a Lightroom plug-in thinks I have 6,000. What it thinks are duplicates have to be verified as duplicates, so I'm looking at each one. In the process, I'm finding some half-remembered photos—here's the first one. It is slightly after 8:00 AM in Kingman, Arizona, on April 8th, 2005, and we're revisiting a location we had stopped at on our first Route 66 jaunt in 2000. Mr. D'z Route 66 Diner is a repurposed gas station (Texaco, I believe) that serves everything just right. And … darn … Grace does look wonderful parked outside in the morning chill. |
