It's either a Z or FRC, but you could (I've seen it done) attach it to the external section of the HALO behind the roof on a Targa.
A waste? Maybe, but it was likely either seized or donated by a dealership for advertising.
Steinbrenner has NY Yankees plastered all over a couple of our marked units here in FLORI-DUH.....go figure?
