There's a larger spindle and bearing setup, but I don't know if that will cure your type of breakage.

BTW Timken doesn't make ball bearings last I checked. It may have their name on it, but who knows where it's from.

I would switch to a known quality bearing mfr first and try again.

Jrriflecoach was sourcing some usa made bearings with tapered rollers, sounds like as good a time as any to switch. I think VanSteel had something available also.
