Debrief is really important ( I use track maps). And the pre session is important but takes less time. And the chief instructor sits around and watches the group (which he's supposed to). He's not getting slamed around in cars w/o harnesses. I go for the Chief position but then I'd have to do the classroom sessions too. If I was smart, I stay Chief of Tech and blow off the instructing. |
