I got back from Willow Springs a little while back.

Had to eat something first!

Extreem Speed does a very professional job! Excellent safety protocals (helmets, limited passing zones), a lot of track time and instructors who will ride with you!

Thanks, Joel, for a great afternoon!

I did get there late, but was able to get about 5 laps in on the track. My 92 did just fine, but I will say, your brakes had better be up to snuff and be prepared to take a few miles off the ole tires!

It was really cool to blast down the front straight at some 85mph and slam on the brakes for a hard left at 30mph!! It took about 3 laps, and the brakes started to stink up the joint... but they never faded! I have Hawk HPS pads with the old Valvoline Synpower fluid. I need to flush again, but the pedal always stayed up.

I ran with the ASR on, but never engaged it. So I guess I wasn't pushing hard enough! Then again, it is my daily driver.

Most of the cars were Honda S2000s. There were a few Nissan Z cars and a Porsche 911 or 2, plus a couple of Vettes.

I will post a few pics tomorrow.

Again, GREAT TIME!!!!

They are still preparing their scheduled for next season... stay tuned!! If you are in the area, this is one great activity!!!
