Without reviewing their list, this is mine:

1. Electronic fuel injection/engine management
2. ABS
3. Traction control
4. Aerodyamics
5. Tire tech in general
6. Crash safety

To pick just one? Damn... That's killer hard. They have all been huge advances, but I would have to pick the one that has been around the longest and has had the greatest impact over time and that would be EFI/Engine management systems.

Without that tech, we would not have 640hp Corvettes getting 21mpg on the highway... And passing smog and noise regs... and have AC and leather and stereo...

Without that tech, we would all be driving the modern equivalent of a 1979 Civic with a 1bbl carb with marginal electronic controls.

Let's see what they say!
