Subject: Re: Google street view by BillH on 2009/8/19 19:23:14 Yea, T-Hill, one of my favorites and the track I have the most laps at, 2,500+. The nice thing is that we (San Francisio SCCA) own it. Note the timing building if you pan around to it. The first floor is an open room with a banquet kitchen that seats 250 people. Second floor is T&S. The third floor is a drivers lounge with 360 degree windows. Another neat thing is that we have proably 100 electrical hookups for the racers and there's 2 metal canapies in the pits that provide shade for about 30 racecars each. And private showers for the drivers/crew that never run out of hot water. The largest current project is a group of windmills that will provide 100% of all electrical power most of the time. This is also the track that does the NASA 25 hour endurance race. |
