It's the same company that owned the Wentzville track. They have been looking for a place to re-open. The address is Montgomery City, but it is actually just off of I-70 at Hwy 19. MAR (Mid America Raceway) is the owner of the track. From JC you can take 50 to Hermann then 19 North to I-70. There is a video on the forum of progress, and you can see I-70 in the background.
