Good news.

Piston to valve now measures .082 mechanical and about .098 using clay.... right where it needs to be.

These pistons are about .200 thick at the thinnest point....

The idea is to keep the piston as strong as possibe for obvious reasons. Also keep the dome as big and valve reliefs as small as possible for as much compression as possible.

My bro got the rocker stand height figured out and rocker geometry fixed up. Pushrod length is gonna be 8.0 inches. Now I got to buy some pushrods.

Hopefully the rest of the pistons will be cut and everything balanced in the next few days.
