All the 90's era IMSA and Trans Am cars were straight rears with 3 or 4 link rear suspensions.

All of the new Howe chassis TA-2 and GT-2 class cars use a 3 link with a panhard bar - Just like my car.

We have been using this 3 link type suspension in oval track pavement Late Models for a very long time. It can be set up to go around corners as good or better than anything.

Not that my 84 ever would turn a corner (other than the one to the return road). Only reason I built a 3 link was to satisfy the class rules which specifically prohibit 4 link rear suspensions....
