It's amazing what a 6" length of chain attached to the lower A Arm to limit front extension to about 1" will do. I mean you can see the front of the car is just about glued to the ground as hard as the rear.

All I have to do now is straighten out the engine tune up where the car will really run on the big end. As you can see in the video the car is still a good deal faster than some and way slower than others... I want to get in the 5.40's on this little tune up so bad but I just don't know that it has the HP to do so. I'm thinking one more race before I say screw it and put the 36 jets (that's my BIG tune up) in the nitrous kit.

For the next race:

After conferring with my chassis builder we are going to shorten up the Progressive Nitrous Controllers ramp a bunch next time out. He thinks I should be all in somewhere around .6 sec total and starting at 30%... of course he don't have to pay for the oil pans.....

Going to take some more jet out of the carburetor as the engines AFR is still very rich when the nitrous is activated and this weekend it responded positively to reducing fuel pressure on the nitrous kit... We went from 6psi to 5psi to 4psi.... I'm just at the lower recommended limit of 4psi and there is no more room to go lower on the NO2 kit so I'm left with no choice but to take fuel out of the carb.

I guess we'll see how that works out.
