I am not defending Tony, it could have been anybody. Tony was just blocking. It wasn't like Smith was down there the whole time when Tony forced him. Tony started to move down the moment Smith did, so in other words, he forced himself down there. Smith should have tried a pass to the outside even though it probably wouldn't have worked. They have that rule for a reason and I am glad they stuck to it. But I am sure it was an awful feeling though for Smith. |
