I agree 100% I have been really taking a whack at trying to get myself back into suitable shape too. I'm turning 50 next year and want to be in the best physical condition I can be for the other half of my life (hopefuly half). I have heard of, and been close to many untimely deaths this past year. It seems really weird that lots of people in thier 50s are falling out so early in life. I can think of three deaths in the past six months of 50ish folks that seemed to be relatively healthy. Scary! You all take care of yourselves and your families. You only got one life. |
