I've worked for a few school districts, and what I've learned is that no matter where they live, for most kids the grass is always greener on the other side. Better off starting out in a rural area and moving to the city though. I can't imagine a kid growing up in the city (where there's "never anything to do") adjusting to living in no-man's land.
true. is has gotten alot better since I got the vette and can drive the 10-30min to get near people. I commute 25min to TAMUCC (college) 5 days a week and it gets to me. There ar plus sides to living rural tho. Personal drag strip, no cops, no nosy neighbors, hunting, no city ordinance(im out of city limits), and one of the best is loud loud loud parties arent frowned upon
